“The lobby was very deceiving! I thought this might actually be nice. Lobby bathroom was unavailable due to overflowing issues. Pool was closed due to it being disgustingly dirty. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. The room looked like a crime scene. Blood on the bedding and carpet. Bath tub was clogged up, sleeper sofa had fries and syrup inside of it. They definitely don’t clean that. Meanwhile the owner drives a Rolls Royce & charged my card twice! They promised a complimentary stay,...

“The location is great. The price was a bit cheaper.. I guess we get what we pay for.. Our room had a nasty smell that punched you in the face as soon as you entered! I thought it was a nasty body oder smell and my wife thought it smelled like rotten ramon noodles.. The bed was in the shape of a boat and I only weigh 160lbs.. my wife's back was in serious pain after said bed.. We will have at gave to spend the extra $60 bucks or so next time. “The pool was closed half of our stay. Ice machines were broken. Asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels brought to our room-never happened. Called again and asked for towels to be brought up, they said I could come to front desk and get them, but they weren’t bringing them up. Went to get towels and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and towels brought up and I was actually told that if I didn’t like it, I could stay somewhere else! I couldn’t believe my ears! Terrible place to stay!”

“The rooms aren't bad however, there was constant drug activity and prostitution happening outside in the parking lot. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly, while others were rude and not helpful at all. The wifi connection was horrible the week we were there. Definitely, do not take children or families there!”

“Came in at 2am and the graveyard shift receptionist was great and quick. Rooms were nice, bed is a little tall as a 5'3 person, but they were so comfy, I overslept and also missed Check Out.”
